About The Role

Lead Finance Officer – Make an impact with your financial expertise

Join us as a Lead Finance Officer and play a key role in supporting the Business Development Directorate’s income generation strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail‑driven finance professional who thrives on accuracy, collaboration and meaningful work.

In this role, you will manage budgets, oversee financial records and support the development and delivery of key contracts and projects. Working closely with senior managers, you’ll ensure robust financial processes, produce high‑quality reporting for funders, contribute to audits, and maintain the integrity of our financial systems—including VAT compliance and Dynamics 365 data accuracy.

You will also lead and support a Finance Officer, helping to shape a positive and efficient finance function within the directorate.

Safeguarding children and young people is central to everything we do, and all staff play an active role in maintaining a culture of safety across the organisation.

If you're motivated by precision, purpose and the chance to influence the financial success of impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you.
