Our Training Centre based in Tonbridge is a registered training provider that delivers accredited qualifications, apprenticeship programmes and continuing professional development (CPD) for those working and volunteering in the early years.
We have a bank of tutors/assessors located across England who support learners and apprentices enrolled on our early years programmes. Our friendly Training Centre team provides advice and guidance to employers and learners along with administrative support, registration and certification services to Alliance settings, directorates across the organisation and third-party nurseries and pre-schools seeking staff training.
What is your favourite part of your job?
The favourite part of my role is learner achievements. Knowing that the Training Centre and Quality Team have all contributed to the completion of a learner's programme of study and feeling confident that they will use the skills, knowledge and behaviours they have acquired to educate children in the early years settings.
